If no resolution can be achieved, we can assist you by:

• Advising you about the steps available to you to move the matter forward and the likely costs
• If instructed, arranging for the compulsory conference (if it has not already been held)
• If instructed, issuing Court proceedings and conducting them on your behalf including by going to a hearing, if necessary.
